ASPowder Master (R) 15/25/35

Water-soluble anti-set-off powder. Developed for use in modern printing presses to prevent ink set-off in the delivery pile of printed products. A new generation anti-set-off powder with an anti-static effect and low abrasiveness, which minimizes the risk of scratches on the print during stacking at the delivery unit. Master® anti-set-off powder is suitable for printing jobs intended for post-press finishing: foil stamping, UV and water-based varnishing, and film lamination.

Usage instructions for anti-set-off powder

Follow the instructions depending on the paper type and amount of ink used.
Ensure the container is tightly closed to prevent moisture from entering.

Usage based on cardboard density:

ASPowder Grade 500 – for paper 50-170 g/m² (particle size 15 µm).
ASPowder Grade 300 – for paper 170-300 g/m² (particle size 25 µm).
ASPowder Grade 200 – for paper 300 g/m² (particle size 35 µm).

Storage conditions:
Store at room temperature in a dry area.
