Description

Specifications of Chembyo CTP Developer 92

Chembyo CTP Developer 92 is a universal developer for offset thermal CTP plates. Ready to use.

Compatible with all processing machines and works with thermal plates from all manufacturers available in Ukraine.

Properties:

Excellent development results.
High buffer capacity.
Additionally protects the emulsion layer, increasing the run length of CTP plates.
Prevents unwanted damage to the aluminum base.
No deposits in the processing processor.
Low consumption rate.

Usage Instructions:

Before using Chembyo CTP Dev 92, clean the processor with Chembyo Cleaner PP. Request cleaning instructions from the manufacturer (TOV SNE.T) or your regional manager.
Fill the processor with Chembyo CTP Dev 92 according to the equipment manufacturer’s recommendations.
Set the developer temperature to 21-23°C, processing time to 20-40 sec, and replenishment rate to 100 ml/m².
It is recommended to monitor the quality of developed CTP plates using a visual control scale.
