Chembyo Film Dev Characteristics

Chembyo Film Dev is a developer concentrate for all types of films used in phototypesetting machines. It is recommended for use with LED devices and FM screens.

Properties

• The film developer contains additives that prevent oxidation and formation.
• Works with films for phototypesetting machines.
• Provides low fog levels and maximum image density.
• Guarantees high process stability.
• Ensures the absence of black spots.
• Minimizes the formation of “sand effect” at low replenishment speeds.

Usage Features

Application: The film developer should be diluted in a ratio of 1:3. 10 liters of concentrate and 30 liters of water will form 40 liters of ready-to-use developer. The ready-to-use solution can stay in the replenishment tank for up to 2 weeks.

Developing settings: The recommended developing settings are:

• Temperature: 32°C, 35°C, 38°C
• Developing time: 35 sec, 30 sec, 25 sec
• Replenishment: 200 ml / m² under average working intensity.

Storage Conditions: Store in dry, covered storage spaces at temperatures between 10°C and 22°C.

Packaging: 10L, 20 L
