Characteristics of Chembyo Cleaner PP
- Cleans the processor from emulsion particles, calcium, and other contaminants.

Application:
The concentration of Chembyo Cleaner PP can range from 1:1 to 1:8 with water, depending on the contamination level of the processor. Typically, it is diluted 1:4 to 1:6.
Drain the used developer, remove the filter and cartridge. Rinse the processor with water to remove any dissolved emulsion residue. Fill the processor with diluted Cleaner PP, activate circulation, and leave it for 60-120 minutes. Meanwhile, you can clean the rollers and brushes removed from the processor using Cleaner PP.
After 60-120 minutes, drain the Cleaner PP from the processor.
Refill the processor with water twice and rinse thoroughly to remove any Cleaner PP residue.
For the third wash, fill the processor with water and add developer in a concentration of 1:8, and leave it to run for 30 minutes. This step is critical, as it neutralizes any remaining Cleaner PP. After 30 minutes, drain the solution and proceed with refilling the processor with fresh developer.
Recommendations:
After processing CTP plates, to preserve the hydrophobic and hydrophilic areas of the plate and to reduce desensitization of the exposed image, it is recommended to use Chembyo Plate Gum S.
Storage Conditions:
- Store at temperatures no higher than 40°C.
- Keep the container tightly closed.
- Avoid direct sunlight.
