Glossy fast-drying water-based dispersion varnish with enhanced slip effect. Fast-drying water-based dispersion varnish with a glossy effect. The coated substrate gains good water resistance and allows for subsequent UV lacquering. Water-based dispersion varnish formulated with a styrene-acrylic copolymer, resistant to scratching. Varnish ingredients comply with Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials intended to come into contact with food.

Description

Сhembyo Coat WB-P 132/40 is a fast-drying water-based varnish with good slip properties and a glossy finish. It provides enhanced water resistance to the material, enabling double-sided varnishing and further work with UV varnish.

Characteristics:

Semi-transparent viscous liquid.
Suitable for all traditional varnishing methods using varnishing sections.

Properties:

Fast-drying emulsion with good slip properties and a glossy finish.
The coated material gains water resistance and allows for UV varnish and hot foil stamping.
Can be applied using both IN LINE and OFF LINE methods.

Usage Instructions:

Shake or stir well before use.
Apply with traditional varnishing sections using a roller system or anilox roller.
If necessary, dilute with water to reduce viscosity.

Storage Conditions:

Avoid freezing.
