Chembyo\u00a0 wash 40 hydro plus<\/a>,\u00a0 Chembyo\u00a0 wash 60 hydro plus<\/a>,\u00a0 Chembyo Power wash 111<\/a> etc., are intended for cleaning the rollers of the ink section. During the cleaning process, the cleaning solution can be applied either in automatic or manual mode. In both cases, the cleaning process involves removing ink from the rollers of both the ink group and the dampening group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As is known, during the printing process, when a stable ink\/water balance is reached, part of the ink transfers to the dampening system of the printing press, causing the dampening rollers to become greasy and deteriorating their hydrophilic properties. This is due to the fact that dampening rollers are made of softer and more porous rubber, which, when using standard washes, hardens much faster and transmits water less effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
