We also have one \u2013 Chembyo MRC. Their main feature is their excellent degreasing ability. Unfortunately, this is achieved by using solvents with very high volatility or evaporation rates. As a result, printers often complained about high consumption: &#8220;\u2026 before you can buy one can, you need to buy another!&#8221; The most frustrating part is that, due to evaporation from the open can during use, the consumption practically doubles. In hot weather, evaporation occurs from the roller surface before it can even finish cleaning the ink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We decided to fix this situation by creating a product with a slower evaporation rate than the standard MRC. To our surprise, the process turned out to be very slow. More than two months of constant experiments, tests, and consultations with our European developers\u2026 But in the end, we got exactly what we wanted. We obtained a product with excellent cleaning and degreasing abilities, but with an evaporation rate several times slower than the standard product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During testing, we found that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Chembyo MRC 100 evaporates more than 6 times slower than standard MRC.<\/li><li>A smaller amount of Chembyo MRC 100 is needed for a single roller cleaning operation.<\/li><li>During the cleaning operation, evaporation from the open can is very minimal.<\/li><li>It improves the hydrophilicity of dampening rollers for a longer time compared to standard products.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Our conclusions are confirmed by our clients who switched to using the new product: \u201c\u2026 With the new MRC 100, we clean the rollers less frequently; with the previous one, we had to clean them more often.\u201d \u2013 A review from Kyiv. \u201c\u2026 After two months of using Chembyo MRC 100, I bought almost half the amount I usually would! With this new product, I can easily clean the roller in one go.
