Water-based varnish Chembyo Coat WB-P 422/40

Description

Chembyo Coat WB-P 422/40 is a fast-drying water-based varnish with good slip properties and a glossy finish. It provides enhanced water resistance to the material, allowing for double-sided coating and further work with UV varnish.

Characteristics:

A translucent, viscous liquid. Suitable for all traditional varnishing methods — using a varnish section.

Properties:

• Fast-drying emulsion with excellent slip properties and a glossy effect
• Coated material gains water-resistant properties and allows for UV varnishing and hot foil stamping
• Can be applied using IN LINE or OFF LINE methods

Usage Instructions:

• Can be used for both “Inline” and “Offline” applications
• Shake or stir well before use
• Apply using traditional varnishing sections with a roller system or anilox roller
• If needed, dilute with water to reduce viscosity

• Prevent freezing.
