Characteristics of Chembyo El Maestro CTP Plates

• Base: Anodized aluminum with electro-chemical graining.
• Thickness: 0.15-0.3 mm.

• Application Area: Commercial printing, newspaper-magazine production, packaging products.
• Run Length: 100,000; ≥200,000 (after thermal treatment).
• Storage Warranty: 18 months, provided storage conditions are followed.
• Storage Conditions: Store in original packaging at a temperature of 15° – 26°C and humidity of 40-70%.
• Development Parameters (for Chembyo CTP Dev Developer): Developer temperature 23°C (±1°C); development time 25-35 seconds.

Usage:

• Use Chembyo Plate Cleaner CTP or Chembyo Plate Cleaner CTP Plus as cleaner-activator.
• pH of the dampening solution: 5-5.5.
• Use Chembyo Fountain Solution SF or Chembyo Flamingo additives in dampening.
