Description

Solid content (dry residue) concentration — 35%. Contains antistatic additives that effectively overcome static electricity issues, eliminating the need for additional antistatic agents. Helps preserve print cleanliness during stacking and facilitates post-press processing. Does not build up on turn bars or the folder, while the use of modified silicone oils ensures uniform application of the solution onto the web.

Chembyo SE35 Characteristics

A 35% silicone emulsion solution, used in a standard dosage of 7% to 15%.

• Reduces scratching and improves slip

• Solid content concentration of not less than 35%

• Strong microbiological protection in the solution delivery system

• Neutralizes static electricity on the paper web

Usage Features:

• Before use, dilute with water.
• The emulsion is applied using nozzles or rollers.
• Shake well before use.

• Store in dry, covered storage areas at temperatures from 5°C to 25°C.
• Keep in tightly sealed containers.
• Protect from direct sunlight and atmospheric precipitation.
