Chembyo Fount SF Characteristics

Chembyo Fount SF is an additive for the dampening system used in sheet-fed offset printing machines. It is added to the dampening system in sheet-fed offset printing machines.

Properties:

• Enhanced buffering properties that guarantee pH stability and comfortable printing.
• Hydrophilic base protects the plate surface when the machine is stopped. No gum needed.
• High-quality dampening of the plate at high speeds.
• Suitable for use with all CTP plates and prevents corrosion.
• Maintains an optimal balance of water and ink.
• Prevents the growth of bacteria, fungi, and algae in the dampening system.
• Minimal deposits on the offset blanket extend the intervals between wash cycles.
• The absence of volatile organic compounds (VOC) significantly reduces alcohol usage. In favorable conditions, printing can be done without alcohol.
