Chembyo Fount Cleaner

Description

Chembyo Fount Cleaner Wet Characteristics:

• Quickly removes dried ink, paper dust adhesion, and other contaminants.
• Neutral pH.
• Economical to use: the product is diluted with water in a ratio of 1:5 to 1:10 depending on the level of contamination of the blankets.
• Easily rinsed off with water.
• Gentle on rollers and other surfaces.
• Low foaming.

Usage Instructions:

• For heavy cleaning: Dilute with water at a ratio of 1:5 (10L of Chembyo Fount Cleaner to 50L of water).
• For regular (soft) cleaning: Dilute with water at a ratio of 1:10 (5L of Chembyo Fount Cleaner to 50L of water).
• Let the solution sit in the dampening system for at least 3 hours (recommended 5 hours).
• Check filters and overflow to prevent blockages.
• After use, rinse with water 3 times.
• For optimal pH recovery, add 2% of a dampening solution concentrate to the water during rinsing.
