Anti-set-off powder with coating

Characteristics

The powder with a special silicone coating (insoluble) provides improved sliding of prints. It repels water and attracts ink, which gives it enhanced anti-set-off properties. Anti-set-off powder with coating is ideal for use in the final pass of multi-color machines without further processing (varnishing, foil stamping, or film overlamination).

Properties:

• Excellent dispersion and spreadability.
• Reduced dust formation (extremely low dust content in the machine).
• Unmilled plant starch.
• Very economical in use.
• Does not create a sandpaper effect.
• Suitable for all sheet-fed machines.
• Considered safe for health, can be used in product packaging.
• Suitable for varnishing and laminating work.

Usage instructions:

Follow the usage instructions based on paper type and the amount of ink.
Containers should be emptied after use to prevent wetting or contamination of the powder.

Recommended use based on carton weight:

• Master 15 C (15 microns) – for paper density of 170 g/m²
• Master 25 C (20-25 microns) – for paper density of 180-250 g/m²
• Master 35 C (30-35 microns) – for paper density of 150-400 g/m²

Storage conditions:
Store at room temperature in a dry place.
